Health. It is incredibly important and more and more people seem to be foregoing health and eating terrible food. This in spite of the plethora of diets and exercise regimes available to Americans. Americans on the whole eat fatty food, processed food, food filled with preservatives, food that has been genetically altered and more.

And still more and more people die of heart disease, die of diabetes, die of cancer every year. Part of this, studies have shown, is due to a person’s diet. For instance, the World Health Organization recently showed that red meat has been linked to heart disease. This should be a major publicized event for Americans. But it seemed to make little impact.

Fortunately, more doctors are now catching on to the importance of diet for Americans. There are some that will recognize that eating red meat is a negative thing. And more Americans are becoming aware of the deadliness of processed food, which can pollute a body and cause impurities.

There is a simple test when it comes to eating processed food. The challenge for many Americans, as shown in the Whole 30 diet, involves getting rid of processed food and sugar for 30 days and see how the body reacts. People generally see that it makes their bodies feel better. They feel refreshed and better. But some go back.

It is easy to eat unhealthy, processed food. There are tubs of processed food in grocery stores. These are all the possibilities when it comes to diet. A person feels better, feels stronger, is able to take on more tasks, have more energy, might start working out or working out harder.
